“Randy was very helpful and truly cared about helping me work through my transmission and clutch issues. I felt that he was genuinely interested in helping me figure out the problems I was having with my dual disk clutches. He rebuilt my NV 4500 for my Dodge Diesel pickup, he was very interested in knowing what I wanted in this new transmission.
